Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Nuvana. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Nuvana
You must be 18 or older. Accounts for anyone under 18 are removed. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, including your date of birth.
Your conduct
Be honest and respectful. Harassment, hate, threats, scams, spam, requests for money, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, and content that breaks the law are not allowed and lead to removal of content and a ban. Do not use Nuvana to sell or promote anything or to move people to other services to scam them.
Your content
You own your photos and text. You give us permission to host and show them to other members as part of running Nuvana. Photos are reviewed before other members can see them, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.
Reports, blocking and enforcement
You can block or report anyone. Moderators review reports and can warn, suspend or ban accounts. If your account is restricted you can appeal once from inside the app.
Premium
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Delete account). This removes your profile, photos, matches and messages.
Safety and legal
Meeting people involves risk. Meet in public places and tell someone where you are going. We may preserve and share information with authorities where the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
Changes and contact
